基地現況紀錄：
每個專案在假設工程施作前，坤倫工程皆會派受過專業訓練的同仁至基地現場紀錄 現況，從鄰房、街道車流量、基地高程，相關資料皆會建立模型，沙盤推演，進而擬定萬無一失的施工計畫。
假設工程模型：
假設工程為工程最重要的起頭，坤倫工程在施工前皆會研擬縝密的計畫，並藉由 BIM 模型可視化的特性，擬定施工動線、安排物料堆置區、規劃土方開挖計 畫、以及各項安衛設施的擺設。
建築模型 ：
建築模型的關鍵在於整合，尤其是各材質或工程界面之間的銜接面，坤倫工程之BIM團隊以LOD 400為建模標準，以真正施工流程作為建模流程，力求BIM模型不是紙上談兵，而是真正具有實務可行性的施工管理工具。
